I'm Tarık Gandur, a clinical psychologist and assistant professor at
Fenerbahçe University in Istanbul.

My clinical work centers on trauma, using CBT, SFBT, and EMDR. In the
classroom, I teach psychotherapy theories, ethics, family therapy, and
clinical interviewing.

These days, I'm particularly interested in where psychology meets technology.
My current research explores AI ethics in mental health — how we can use these
tools responsibly, and what happens when we don't. I'm also working on
"Elif," a project examining AI-assisted therapeutic interventions.

Outside of academia, I tinker with code, self-host my own services, and spend too much time thinking about productivity systems.
